“Trolls World Tour” Tops Movies Streaming on FandangoNOW

“Trolls World Tour,” now available to rent or buy, and Rod Lurie’s action thriller  “The Outpost,” starring Scott Eastwood and Orlando Bloom, are the week’s biggest movies in streaming on FandangoNOW, Fandango’s transactional video-on-demand service. 

The service’s top ten titles for the past week (Monday-Sunday), in terms of revenue, are as follows:

CELEBRATE THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF “CLUELESS” WITH OTHER MODERN-DAY ADAPTATIONS OF CLASSIC LITERATURE ON FANDANGONOW

Twenty-five years ago this week  ‘Clueless,” Amy Heckerling’s 1995 riff on Jane Austen’s “Emma,” kicked off a new wave of contemporary adaptations of classic literature aimed at teens and young adults. To celebrate, FandangoNOW Flashbacks is hosting a playlist of modern adaptations of classic lit at https://www.fandangonow.com/list/flashbacks, with films as diverse as “10 Things I Hate About You” (based on Shakespeare’s “The Taming of the Shrew”) to Tim Blake Nelson’s “O” (based on “Othello”).
