Raw Bar, the newest addition to the bustling South End Market, is now open at MGM Springfield. This quick-casual dining spot is the perfect place to kickstart the weekend with seasonal locally sourced seafood paired with some of the area’s most popular brews.
Fresh oysters, shrimp, clams and crab legs are available with prices starting at just $1, and draft beers are available starting at $2. Open Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Raw Bar’s menu highlights:
- Starters include Stuffed Quahogs Clams with Pancetta & Lemon Stuffing for $8, Tarragon Lobster Salad for $17, and Shrimp & Avocado Toast with Marinated Shrimp, Avocado, Cilantro, Toasted Ciabatta for $10.
- Raw Bar specials feature Little Neck Clams starting at $1, Shrimp Cocktail starting at $2, East Coast Oysters starting at $2, and West Coast Oysters starting at $2.50, are all served with cocktail sauce, mignonette and lemon slices.
- Platters offer a variety of mix-and-match options including The Coastal Tour Platter of 6 East Coast and 6 West Coast Oysters for $22, the Sampler Platter that boasts 3 Shrimp, 3 Clams, 3 East & West Oysters for $24 or the Alaskan King Crab Legs Platter for $28.
